New Support Pattern
The newest version of MakerWare comes equipped with a new custom profile for MakerBot Dissolvable Filament. This profile includes a sturdier support pattern created specifically for MakerBot Dissolvable Filament.
Higher Printing Temperature
We’ve raised the default printing temperature of MakerBot® Dissolvable Filament by 20 degrees (250 degrees Celsius) to improve its ability to adhere to MakerBot® ABS Filament in dual extrusion prints.
Dual Temperatures for Dual Extrusion
Speaking of dual extruding at two different temperatures, you can do exactly that in MakerWare 2.4.1. Simply set two different temperatures in the Make dialog after you’ve selected the MakerBot Replicator 2X as your 3D printer.

Note: Mac OS X users must uninstall 2.4.0 before installing 2.4.1. An erroneous version number in a 2.4.0 plist file causes 2.4.1 to crash on opening if installed directly over 2.4.0.
