  • Car

    $35 makerbot Chris, Matt 34725 3 hours 17 270 microns 5%
The hobby of building model cars probably dates back to the beginning of cars, when fake cars and real cars had about the same amount of horsepower. These days, with a MakerBot, you can make yourself any kind of model you want. This one reminds us of roads outside New York City, where cars go lightning fast. Or, at least faster than pedestrians. Grab one today, and start dreaming up the next piece in your collection.
  • Helicopter

    $35 makerbot Matt, Chris 34772 3 hours 22 250 microns 5%
Whether your imagination is soaring over the Grand Canyon or dropping water over a forest fire or darting from yacht to penthouse, this Helicopter can handle the job. Make this the first piece in your MakerBot 3D-printed aircraft collection, or give one to your favorite aspiring pilot. You never know how far a little inspiration can go.
  • Stonehenge

    $45 makerbot Jason, Matt 34904 4 hours 18 250 microns 5%
It may have taken decades to build the giant stone circle at Stonehenge in England, but you can put yours together in a few minutes. This 18-piece set requires you to correctly place the stones around the grounds and ponder what the original intent of this sacred space may have been. And now imagine this: with a MakerBot Desktop 3D Printer in your classroom or living room, a Stonehenge project can really come alive. What’s your favorite monument?
  • Labyrinth

    $35 makerbot Jason, Matt 34904 3 hours 1 250 microns 5%
Having a MakerBot means being able to create the things that keep us entertained on long train rides, like this labyrinth. Can you get all two marbles from one end of this labyrinth to the other? Of course you can! Now try getting one marbles to one end of the puzzle, while keeping the other one in place. The board was printed as a single piece on The Replicator™, with just the right amount of space to let the marbles roll freely without falling out.
  • Mixtape

    $39.99 makerbot 27317 minutes 8 250 microns 10%
A long time ago, before Pandora or RDIO or even ancient technologies like iTunes, there was the mixtape — a carefully selected group of songs, organized into a playlist and recorded onto a cassette. You had to get these songs from other tapes or even record them from the radio. You had to have a machine that allowed for transferring songs from one tape to another tape. The whole process took planning… and patience. But the payoff was oh so sweet. The MakerBot Design Team, our division of makers and designers, have figured out a way to bring this magic back to life — with a modern twist — and make it 3D-printed, too. Get yours today, add a special mix, and share it with someone you love.
  • Giant Cupcake

    $200 makerbot Hilary 1123 minutes 2 270 microns 5%
It’s scientifically proven that nothing brings people together like cupcakes, especially when there’s an extra piece of treasure inside. This Giant Cupcake is perfectly suited for holding love notes from your sweetheart or your collection of MakerBot 3D-printed jewelry. For your favorite friend, you couldn’t find a better gift box. Now you can have your cake, and store stuff inside it, too.
  • Stretchy Bracelet

    $5 emmett 13505 20 minutes 1 100 microns 100%
Just because the plastic is hard doesn’t mean it can’t be stretchy! Emmett’s Stretchy Bracelet design takes advantage of the properties of the material to fit around just about any wrist. Emmett credits Thingiverse use Landru’s design “Springamathing” as inspiration for this bracelet, and the bracelet itself has inspired other designs, such as Thingiverse user PrettySmallThings’ Spring Pins and Snake Pins. This is the perfect gift for that accessory loving friend of yours. You can bet they don’t have a bracelet made on a MakerBot!

  • Cube Gears

    $50 emmett 10483 5 hours 13 270 microns 5%
Emmett Lalish is an Aerospace Controls engineer, and one of the most influential designers on Thingiverse. His Cube Gears design is has received more Likes on Thingiverse than any other upload, and it’s easy to see why. Looking at the shape, we expect the pieces to be fixed and immovable, yet each of them spins all the way around. Grab two opposing corners and spin them in different directions to see the gears in action. This version of Cube Gears is based on an earlier Cube Gears design Emmett created, however there is one important difference. After another Thingiverse user, tbuser, uploaded a set of Pin Connectors, Emmett was able to make his design 100% 3D-printed, without the use of screws or other hardware.
  • Heart Gears

    $250 medium, $750 large emmett, mjolnir 12208, 16381 40 hours small, 5 hours large 17 270 microns 5%
Emmett Lalish is an Aerospace Controls engineer, and one of the most influential designers on Thingiverse. This Heart Gears design is an extension of Emmett’s own previous designs, which were inspired by a piece by Greg Frost called “Broken Heart”. Unlike that design, this version is 100 percent 3D-printed and doesn’t need any additional screws to hold it together. Dozens of people have downloaded and made copies of Hear t Gears, and it has expired at least 16 derivatives with many copies of their own. Emmett’s piece has been described as a meme in the world of 3D printing, and as the root of a growing family tree. The large version of Heart Gears has been scaled up by a factor of 2.2 from Emmett’s original upload.
