Support Secret Agent
The mission, should you choose to accept it: make sure that MakerBots all over the world are running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for eloquently representing a growing DIY 3D printer and technology company to it’s customers, via email, on the phone, or in person. You’ll help customers solve their technical challenges, inform the community about updates, and sometimes just soothe some nerves.
To succeed, you’ll need to learn the intimate details of our 3d printers, some of the most exciting open-source hardware in the world. Current MakerBot operators are preferred, but if you’ve had experience with DIY technology like arduino, that’s almost as good. Previous experience using tech support software like Zendesk is a plus.
