    serial number : 11104
    The Replicator was out of action.

    I was short and the body of the AC adapter connection is incomplete.
    I measured the output voltage of the AC adapter. Was 24V, the output voltage of the AC adapter. Is not a problem with the AC adapter.
    I believe that failure of the substrate. (Power circuit) Is it possible to replace the board. Replacement of parts if possible, please tell me the due date and amount.

    I cannot get replicatorg to print low profile windows and doors drawn in sketchuo and printed at 1/48 scale. All of the frames that are drawn as solids will not print solid . The solid frames are printed as parallel lines , void between them. I have set the g-code to 100%fill and have tried various shell numbers with frustratingly bad results. I have even gone back to sketchup and redrawn the parts and tried to print, again failure. This machine was purchased for an Architectural Model Making class so creating windows and doors is essential. Can you tell me what settings might correct this deficiency?
