UPDATE: MakerBot Support Diminished During Hurricane Sandy

Friends, a little update from the BotCave:

We’ve taped the windows, covered the computers, and brought the important stuff (like, all the really nice prints) up to higher ground. That’s right, our offices and staff are right in the path of the largest tropical cyclone on record.

So! MakerBot Support may be a little spotty for the next few days. We will do our best to get back to your requests, but in the meantime, check out our documentation and troubleshooting pages.

Now please feel free to upload your best hurricane preparedness models to Thingiverse. Props to Macstruder for the surface relief of Hurricane Irene (above).
