Colors and colors and colors, Oh my!

It has come to my attention that our original blog post didn’t show off the non-silver colors very well; while silver has sold out, the light and dark brown, tan, and even this electrifying yellow (3 mm anyway) have not fared as well.  So if you’re not blinded by the solar brilliance in the photo above, click through to see some gorgeous spool photos.

Tan: So creamy…so dreamy. 1.75 or 3 mm

Light Brown: milk chocolate madness. 1.75 or 3 mm

And dark brown: so intense.  Can you handle it? 1.75 or 3 mm

The Tan, Light Brown and Dark Brown would be perfect for making a two or three color simulated wood-grain. Perhaps a custom toolpath to lay down each color in the design. hmmmm… And silver accenting… classy!

I swear, it seems like every day I keep coming up with things to design for 3d printing. I’m so anxious about the results of the mascot contest! It will be so long before I can save up to buy the kit! Guuaaaahh!

    *chill*

    Sorry. Okay. I’m good.

I love these new colors, keep them coming!- how about a flourescent glow orange too or an electric blue- that would be completely stunning

(this is a poem about plastic colors)
