Customizable Bracelet Fun! by bongoboy23
Bongoboy23 is the proud owner and operator of a brand spanking new Thing-O-Matic. Even before his 3D printer arrived, he already had an idea – for a simple, customizable, thing that could be used in lots of different ways. He came up with these modular bracelet pieces so that it could be assembled out of lots of different colors. I suspect these small pieces with their small intricacies are probably pretty good test calibration pieces. He’s even created a few additional pieces to make things interesting – a four-way connector and 26 connectors each with a different letter on them!
With these new additions, Bongoboy23′s bracelet pieces have a lot going for them. Quick printing, modular, and educational. And, it wouldn’t be that difficult to dust off one of my perennial favorites, the Beco Block, fire up OpenSCAD for some mashup magic, and have a Beco-Bongo connector!1
