BotCave store!

Imagine, if you will, a symphony of tearing plastic sheeting, squeaking packing tape, humming motors, camera flashes, and the occasional buzzing machine.

Today has been a very exciting day for me.  In preparation for tomorrow’s first ever Botacon I caught the redeye from California¹ to New York arriving early this morning.  A little while later I arrived at the Botcave – MakerBot Industries headquarters in Brooklyn.

The place is completely abuzz with activity – numerous robots humming, bubble wrap crinkling, and Thing-O-Matic boxes getting packed, stacked, and shipped to loving homes around the world.  I can’t wait to work play with one!
