		<description>I&#039;m not convinced that your idler needs flanges-- it&#039;s on a small stretch, halfway between two flanged pulleys, and timing belts like that don&#039;t flex sideways easily.  Isn&#039;t that the *classic* case where you don&#039;t need flanges?</description>
