A Stem Mission
Together, we’re determined to help provide the next generation of
American Makers with a relevant STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering
and Mathematics) education.
We’re investing today so they’re prepared to solve the challenges

make almost everything. The next industrial revolution in
manufacturing will happen in America.
We can get that done.”
3D Printing In the Classroom
Tap into an active, passionate community.
More than just great hardware, the
MakerBot 3D Ecosystem includes
Thingiverse, the 3D design community for discovering, printing, and sharing 3D models, where we all take turns providing inspiration, help, and support.
We’re calling on the Thingiverse community to design math manipulatives — fun, physical objects that help students understand abstract math concepts.
You’ll be able to download and 3D print these designs to use in the classroom right away.
To give you even more ideas of how to integrate 3D printing into students’ studies, MakerBot will also develop additional curriculum on an ongoing basis.
